New Post: Association for the current user HKEY_CURRENT_USER

I've added support for specifying AssociationLocation.CurrentUser if/when you need that.
New package uploaded to nuget.

I do plan to move the project. Not decided where yet. If just Microsoft would create their VS online a public repository... ;)
